{"id":1021,"date":"2015-04-05T12:02:42","date_gmt":"2015-04-05T11:02:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=1021"},"modified":"2015-04-05T10:40:15","modified_gmt":"2015-04-05T09:40:15","slug":"sabroso-recordatorio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=1021","title":{"rendered":"SABROSO RECORDATORIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2666 Perm\u00edtanme que hoy termine haciendo un favor a todas las cocineras y cocineros de Canarias, record\u00e1ndoles que este pr\u00f3ximo jueves, d\u00eda 9 de abril, se cerrar\u00e1 el plazo de inscripci\u00f3n de los distintos campeonatos que se van a celebrar dentro del 2\u00ba Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias &#8211; GastroCanarias 2015, que se desarrollar\u00e1 en el Recinto Ferial de Tenerife del 13 al 15 de mayo&#8230; Entre ellos est\u00e1 el 11\u00ba Campeonato Regional Absoluto de Cocineros de Canarias (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 el tinerfe\u00f1o <strong>Jorge Pe\u00f1ate Batista<\/strong>), el 4\u00ba Campeonato de Cortadores de Jam\u00f3n de Canarias &#8211; Gran Premio Montesano (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 la canariona <strong>Nacha G\u00f3mez<\/strong>), el 2\u00ba Campeonato de Bocadillos Canarios de Autor &#8211; Gran Premio Ingap\u00e1n Canarias (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 la tambi\u00e9n canariona <strong>\u00c1gatha D\u2019Acosta<\/strong>) y el 2\u00ba Campeonato Binter &#8211; La Cocina en Verde, (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 el palmero <strong>William Lorenzo<\/strong>, alumnos del IES Las Nieves, de La Palma, porque este \u00faltimo campeonato est\u00e1 reservado exclusivamente para las alumnas y alumnos de los centros formativos de Cocina y Hosteler\u00eda que prestan su labor docente en Canarias)&#8230; Esto es, sin duda, toda una apuesta por la juventud canaria y por el futuro de la gastronom\u00eda en las islas&#8230;. Aparte (no me olvido) tendremos los campeonatos de cocteler\u00eda (cl\u00e1sica, acrob\u00e1tica, gin-tonic y tiraje de cerveza).
