\u2666 La celebraci\u00f3n del 2\u00ba Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias va a servir para que algunos de los m\u00e1s prestigiosos e influyentes periodistas gastron\u00f3micos de Espa\u00f1a se den cita en nuestra isla… Entre ellos van a estar Jos\u00e9 Carlos Capel<\/strong> (cr\u00edtico gastron\u00f3mico del peri\u00f3dico El Pa\u00eds, presidente de la Cumbre Internacional Madrid Fusi\u00f3n, miembro de la Real Academia de Gastronom\u00eda y autor de decenas de libros de literatura gastron\u00f3mica.), Carlos Maribona<\/strong> (cr\u00edtico del peri\u00f3dico ABC y director del prestigioso blog Salsa de Chiles) y Julia P\u00e9rez Lozano<\/strong> (periodista gastron\u00f3mica de El Mundo, de la revista Traveler, co-directora de la plataforma GastroActitud, miembro de la Real Academia de Gastronom\u00eda y autora de numerosos libros y gu\u00edas… Los tres vivir\u00e1n el 2\u00ba Sal\u00f3n, tendr\u00e1n tiempo para visitar restaurantes de Tenerife y, con seguridad, de regreso a sus redacciones hablar\u00e1n mucho (y espero que bien) de la atractiva actualidad gastron\u00f3mica de nuestra isla.<\/p>\n
