\u2666 Es de bien nacidos el ser agradecidos y por ello, este 2\u00ba Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias va a realizar un homenaje a los chefs que ha hecho posible que Tenerife pueda presumir con orgullo de contar con 4 de las prestigiosas y demandadas estrellas Michelin… Ser\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de tres clases maestras (master-class) complementadas con un show-cooking (todas ellas a las 12:30 de la ma\u00f1ana), que protagonizar\u00e1n, el mi\u00e9rcoles Tadashi Tagami<\/strong>, el chef del restaurante Kaz\u00e1n (1 estrella): el jueves Erlantz Gorostiza<\/strong>, chef del restaurante MB Abama (2 estrellas); y el viernes Daniel Franco<\/strong>, chef del Kabuki Abama(1 estrella)… Es dif\u00edcil calcular la promoci\u00f3n que para la promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica de Tenerife en general y el gastron\u00f3mico en particular, supone el trabajo de estos tres magn\u00edficos chefs y los grandes equipos de Cocina y Sala de sus respectivos restaurantes.
