{"id":1630,"date":"2015-08-16T11:04:04","date_gmt":"2015-08-16T10:04:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=1630"},"modified":"2015-08-16T10:44:30","modified_gmt":"2015-08-16T09:44:30","slug":"una-potente-area-metropolitana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=1630","title":{"rendered":"UNA POTENTE \u00c1REA METROPOLITANA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2666 Sin embargo, precisamente hace m\u00e1s de siete a\u00f1os que el propio <strong>Roberto Remiro P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, conocedor del tema donde los haya, viene diciendo que lo ideal ser\u00eda crear una gerencia de \u00c1rea Metropolitana, como la que funciona muy bien en Barcelona (creo que con diecisiete ayuntamientos unidos)\u2026Aunar y coordinar todo el planeamiento, as\u00ed como la gesti\u00f3n urban\u00edstica de nuestra \u00e1rea metropolitana (tal y como est\u00e1n las cosas hoy en d\u00eda) creo que, sin duda, ser\u00eda mucho m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctico, coherente, razonable, eficaz y hasta m\u00e1s barato\u2026 Lo que pasa, repito, es que <strong>Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz<\/strong> en La Laguna y <strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Berm\u00fadez<\/strong> en Santa Cruz, junto con sus concejales responsables de Urbanismo, <strong>Candelaria D\u00edaz<\/strong> y <strong>Carlos Garcinu\u00f1o<\/strong>, respectivamente, tendr\u00edan que tener lo que hay que tener para coger este dichoso y veterano \u00abtoro\u00bb por los cuernos\u2026 Y, por supuesto, contar con la inteligencia y generosidad del resto de los grupos pol\u00edticos, necesarios para conseguir la mayor\u00eda necesaria para afrontar un reto de esta categor\u00eda\u2026 Si el grupo de gobierno y la oposici\u00f3n (en ambos ayuntamientos) dejan pasar este tren, quiz\u00e1 la historia se los demande a unos y otros en un pr\u00f3ximo futuro.
