Vaya desde aqu\u00ed mi total reconocimiento y sincera felicitaci\u00f3n para los hermanos <strong>Juan Carlos<\/strong> y <strong>Jonathan Padr\u00f3n Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, los dos chefs que lideran el restaurante \u201cEl Rinc\u00f3n de Juan Carlos\u201d en Los Gigantes (Santiago del Teide) y que, con todo merecimiento y por m\u00e9ritos propios, ha ganado su primera Estrella Michelin, que viene a ser la quinta que brilla en el gastron\u00f3mico cielo tinerfe\u00f1o. Conserva sus dos estrellas el MB de <strong>Mart\u00edn Berasategui<\/strong>, comandado por el chef <strong>Erlantz Gorostiza<\/strong> en el hotel The Ritz Carlton &#8211; Abama (Gu\u00eda de Isora). Por su lado, otros dos restaurantes, el Kabuki Abama, con el chef <strong>Daniel Franco<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n en el hotel Abama y el Kaz\u00e1n, que dirigen los empresarios <strong>Fran Relea<\/strong> y <strong>Carlos S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, con el joven chef <strong>Tadashi Tagami,<\/strong> conservan un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s su primera estrella.
