Siempre he dicho que a cualquier establecimiento hay que darle 100 d\u00edas para que se \u00abasiente\u00bb y se forjen y consoliden los equipos de cocina y sala. El Brunelli\u00b4s, con el nuevo chef <strong>Juan Carlos Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> como jefe de Cocina; el experto carnicero <strong>Jos\u00e9 Fumero<\/strong> y la amable <strong>Elena Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> como jefa de Sala, es un restaurante que ha mejorado mucho y que, sin duda, merece una visita. Y de igual manera, merece una sincera felicitaci\u00f3n el equipo de la pasteler\u00eda El Aderno que, con el maestro pastelero <strong>Teobaldo M\u00e9ndez<\/strong> al frente, celebra estas navidades su 25 Aniversario de la forma m\u00e1s dulce.
