El estar metido junto con la Instituci\u00f3n Ferial de Tenerife en la organizaci\u00f3n del Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias, me ha permitido conocer aspectos internos poco sabidos que, en d\u00edas como el de hoy, merece que se conozcan y se valoren. Muchas veces, alg\u00fan ignorante critica a la Instituci\u00f3n Ferial, que depende del Cabildo de Tenerife bajo la responsabilidad del consejero Insular <strong>Efra\u00edn Medina Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, y que comanda (muy bien, por cierto) desde su fundaci\u00f3n hace ya m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os, el economista <strong>Ignacio Pintado Mascare\u00f1o<\/strong> (Gerente de la Instituci\u00f3n). La \u00abfalta de ignorancia\u00bb lleva a decir que hay pocas o que no hay actividades en el Recinto Ferial, sin saber que, a lo mejor, paralela y simult\u00e1neamente, se est\u00e1 desmontando una feria y montando la siguiente, mientras otro equipo de profesionales de la misma Instituci\u00f3n est\u00e1 montando el gran escenario del Concierto de Navidad en el muelle capitalino y un tercer equipo gestionando un congreso en el palacio de convenciones del Puerto de la Cruz, que, por si no lo saben, tambi\u00e9n depende de la Instituci\u00f3n Ferial.
