Comenzando por esto \u00faltimo, hay que felicitar a Jonatan Garc\u00eda Lima<\/strong> gerente de la bodega Suertes del Marqu\u00e9s y su en\u00f3logo Roberto Santana<\/strong>, por el magn\u00edfica referencia a los vinos de Tenerife. Pero por el contrario, dando por sentado que el Cabildo de Tenerife ha colaborado (l\u00e9ase gastado unas perritas) con la publicaci\u00f3n de estas p\u00e1ginas, creo que deber\u00eda d\u00e1rsele un \u201cvariscazo\u201d a quien escribi\u00f3 y\/o a quien no revis\u00f3 el texto (corto para mi gusto) dedicado a la gastronom\u00eda tinerfe\u00f1a. En el mismo y con el t\u00edtulo de \u201cAl rico guachinche\u201d se presenta un corto art\u00edculo donde se vuelve a confundir al posible turista sobre lo que es un verdadero (y autorizado) guachinche. Quien lo redact\u00f3 puso que \u201ca la gente le gustan porque son m\u00e1s distendidos que los restaurantes, y m\u00e1s baratos. Se respira un ambiente m\u00e1s cercano\u201d<\/em>\u2026 Si yo fuera propietario de uno de los m\u00e1s de 4.000 restaurantes de Tenerife, estar\u00eda \u201ccontento\u201d de verdad. Por cierto que en la revista se traduce el art\u00edculo al ingl\u00e9s, y pone que el nombre de nuestro t\u00edpico y casi desaparecido establecimiento se pronuncia \u201cgwa-chin-che\u201d<\/p>\n
