{"id":2294,"date":"2016-01-31T11:03:17","date_gmt":"2016-01-31T11:03:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=2294"},"modified":"2016-01-30T19:57:46","modified_gmt":"2016-01-30T19:57:46","slug":"como-muestra-un-restaurante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=2294","title":{"rendered":"COMO MUESTRA, UN RESTAURANTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Y lo m\u00e1s curioso es que en la revista se pone como ejemplo al autodenominado guachinche \u201cLos Tres Dragos\u201d, dirigido en la zona de La Laguna por <strong>Vidal P\u00e9rez<\/strong> con el chef <strong>Oliver Tom\u00e1s Molano<\/strong> en la cocina, que a todas luces es un restaurante o una tradicional casa de comidas (bastante buena, por cierto), pero que en modo alguno es un guachinche, no figura en la lista oficial del propio Cabildo y por tanto no luce en su fachada el logotipo oficial con la \u201cV\u201d (desconcertante, por cierto) que indica su autorizaci\u00f3n y confirma su legalidad como guachinche. Creo que el consejero de Agricultura, <strong>Jes\u00fas Morales Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, tiene que poner ya de una vez orden y concierto en este tema de los guachinches, antes de que se monte buena con los restaurantes, por la absoluta competencia desleal que se est\u00e1 teniendo en el sector.
