Estos dos puntales de Tenerife tienen la representaci\u00f3n para toda Espa\u00f1a del exquisito y exclusivo cangrejo real rojo, que pescan en aguas del mar de Bering (entre la rusa Siberia y Alaska) con un buque que, miren ustedes por d\u00f3nde, han bautizado Adexe Primero, en honor al mencey guanche de Adeje. Adexe Primero es el \u00fanico buque factor\u00eda dedicado a la pesca de cangrejo en la Uni\u00f3n Europea y su tripulaci\u00f3n arriesga su vida (a 30 grados bajo cero con olas de m\u00e1s de 12 metros) para capturar a estos crust\u00e1ceos tan preciados en las fr\u00edas aguas del Atl\u00e1ntico Norte. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>Tom\u00e1s Losada<\/strong> y <strong>Rub\u00e9n Bello<\/strong> han comenzado a abrir una serie de peque\u00f1os establecimientos propios que, con el nombre de Artic Crab House, ya han abierto en centros gourmets como Platea Madrid o, muy pronto, en el barcelon\u00e9s mercado de San Josep \u201cLa Boquer\u00eda\u201d.
