Hay que recordar que V\u00edctor Su\u00e1rez fue el ganador del 11\u00ba Campeonato Regional Absoluto de Cocineros de Canarias \u2013 GastroCanarias 2015 y que, por ello, fue elegido como chef representante de nuestra isla en MadridFusi\u00f3n 2016 de la mano del club de producto Saborea Tenerife, que depende de Turismo de Tenerife. Tras su paso por el restaurante MB Abama, V\u00edctor est\u00e1 a punto de abrir su propio establecimiento en La Orotava, que se llamar\u00e1 Haydee.
