Me refiero a <strong>Rosa Guill\u00e9n Santana<\/strong>, \u00abalma mater\u00bb del supermercado de El Corte Ingl\u00e9s. La gran <strong>Rosa Guill\u00e9n<\/strong>, canariona de nacimiento y tinerfe\u00f1a de adopci\u00f3n, ha sido (y seguir\u00e1 siendo aunque ya no trabaje) una magn\u00edfica profesional nacida enero de 1955 en la Vega de San Mateo (Gran Canaria). Siendo la mayor de siete hermanos y con tan solo 16 a\u00f1os comenz\u00f3 a trabajar en una factor\u00eda de pescado en Las Palmas, para lo que su madre tuvo que darle autorizaci\u00f3n por ser menor de edad. A poco de cumplir 18 a\u00f1itos, ingres\u00f3 en la plantilla de El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, cuando todav\u00eda la gran empresa no hab\u00eda abierto su primera tienda en Canarias, en la avenida Mesa y Lopez de la capital grancanaria. La joven <strong>Rosa Guill\u00e9n<\/strong> se pas\u00f3 medio a\u00f1o de pr\u00e1cticas en Madrid y a su vuelta, podemos decir que \u00abse trajo con ella El Corte Ingl\u00e9s a las islas\u00bb.
