El alcalde chicharrero, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Berm\u00fadez<\/strong>, y su concejal responsable de la Sociedad de Desarrollo, <strong>Alfonso Cabello<\/strong>, deben estar \u201cchup\u00e1ndose los dedos\u201d (y nunca mejor dicho), porque esta pasada semana han abierto ya oficialmente y casi simult\u00e1neamente tres restaurantes, \u00a1tres!, a cual m\u00e1s atractivo. El primero con el sugerente nombre de \u201cAmor de mis Amores\u201d que dirigido por el chef <strong>Armando Saldahna<\/strong>, ofrece cocina peruana en la calle del Perd\u00f3n, 11 (tel\u00e9fono 922 198 405). El segundo se llama \u201cPicatostes\u201d y, con el chef <strong>Juan Carlos Dorta<\/strong> al frente, est\u00e1 ya abierto en la calle San Francisco Javier, 59 (tel\u00e9fono 616 403 222). El tercero se llama \u201cPapa Negra\u201d y comandado por el chef <strong>Javier Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, comienza su andadura (aunque solo por las noches) dentro del Iberostar Grand Hotel Mencey, en la calle Dr. Jos\u00e9 Naveiras, 38 (tel\u00e9fono 922 609 900). \u00a1Suerte a los tres! Y s\u00e9 que en un mes esperan abrir otros dos m\u00e1s.
