Perm\u00edtanme que hoy termine haciendo un favor a todas las cocineras y cocineros de Canarias, record\u00e1ndoles que el 28 de marzo (el Lunes de Pascua despu\u00e9s de Semana Santa), se abrir\u00e1 el plazo de inscripci\u00f3n de los distintos campeonatos que se van a celebrar dentro de dicho 3\u00ba Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias. Entre ellos est\u00e1 el 12\u00ba Campeonato Regional Absoluto de Cocineros de Canarias (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 el tinerfe\u00f1o V\u00edctor Su\u00e1rez Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>), el 5\u00ba Campeonato de Cortadores de Jam\u00f3n de Canarias – Gran Premio Montesano (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 Sara Isabel Ruiz Osuna<\/strong>), el 3\u00ba Campeonato de Bocadillos Canarios de Autor – Gran Premio Ingap\u00e1n Canarias (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 el gomero Jacobo Negr\u00edn Mora<\/strong>) y el 3\u00ba Campeonato de J\u00f3venes Cocineros de Canarias \u2013 Gran Premio Binter (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 la tinerfe\u00f1a Mar\u00eda Daniela Amezquita S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> (alumna del Centro Polit\u00e9cnico de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional Mar\u00eda Inmaculada, porque este \u00faltimo campeonato est\u00e1 reservado exclusivamente para las alumnas y alumnos de los centros formativos de Cocina y Hosteler\u00eda que prestan su labor docente en Canarias). Este a\u00f1o adem\u00e1s, nace el I Campeonato Regional Absoluto de Pasteler\u00eda de Canarias \u2013 Gran Premio Grupo Harinalia, que ser\u00e1 el dulce \u201cbroche de oro\u201d al III Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n
