Si no se dejan de \u201ctotufadas\u201d, aprovechan esta oportunidad y entre todos unidos encarrilan el sector \u201crefinitivamente\u201d, el Canary Wine eclipsar\u00e1 al Tenerife Wine que, sin lugar a dudas, merece brillar con luz propia. Me han comentado por cierto que, a partir de una idea del prestigioso ingeniero industrial, investigador y escritor <strong>Carlos C\u00f3logan Soriano<\/strong> (arropado por algunas personas m\u00e1s que ya les contar\u00e9) est\u00e1 preparando ya un documentado libro, que servir\u00e1 como salvoconducto para razonar y defender el derecho de nuestra isla a contar con la mencionada DOP Tenerife.
