Ya que estamos hoy gastron\u00f3micos, perm\u00edtanme recordar a todas las cocineras y cocineros de Canarias (incluidos los j\u00f3venes estudiantes) que ma\u00f1ana lunes, d\u00eda 25, se cierra el plazo de inscripci\u00f3n para todos los campeonatos que se van a desarrollar en el marco del III Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias, a celebrar en Tenerife el pr\u00f3ximo mes de mayo. Me refiero al 12\u00ba Campeonato Regional Absoluto de Cocineros de Canarias (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 V\u00edctor Su\u00e1rez<\/strong>), el 5\u00ba Campeonato de Corte de Jam\u00f3n de Canarias – Gran Premio Montesano (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 Sara Isabel Ruiz<\/strong>), el 3\u00ba Campeonato de Bocadillos Canarios de Autor – Gran Premio Ingap\u00e1n (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 el gomero Jacobo Negr\u00edn<\/strong>) y el 3\u00ba Campeonato de J\u00f3venes Cocineros de Canarias \u2013 Gran Premio Binter (que el a\u00f1o pasado gan\u00f3 la tinerfe\u00f1a Mar\u00eda Daniela Amezquita<\/strong>, alumna del Centro Polit\u00e9cnico Mar\u00eda Inmaculada, porque este \u00faltimo campeonato est\u00e1 reservado exclusivamente para el alumnado de los centros formativos de Cocina y Hosteler\u00eda con labor docente en Canarias). Este a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s, nace el I Campeonato Regional Absoluto de Pasteler\u00eda de Canarias \u2013 Gran Premio Grupo Harinalia, que ser\u00e1 el dulce \u201cbroche de oro\u201d al III Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n
