Uno de esos encargados es <strong>Minerva Espino Saavedra<\/strong> responsable y, para m\u00ed como para muchos, el \u201calma mater\u201d del Club del Gourmet de El Corte Ingl\u00e9s en Tenerife, aparte de c\u00f3nsul honoraria de Gran Canaria en nuestra isla. El renovado Club del Gourmet se desarrolla en un espacio mucho m\u00e1s amplio y, como principal novedad, dispone desde ahora de una barra de degustaci\u00f3n, la primera en Canarias, en la que quien lo desee podr\u00e1 degustar una selecci\u00f3n de pinchos y aperitivos mientras disfruta de una cerveza o una copa de champ\u00e1n. Explicar todas las novedades en unas l\u00edneas resulta casi imposible. Hay que ir a verlo y disfrutar de la gastronom\u00eda.
