Y hablando de La Laguna, aqu\u00ed les dejo una matrimonial co\u00f1a lagunera, para terminar El Cotarro<\/em><\/strong> de este domingo. Hace menos de un mes, la oposici\u00f3n en el Ayuntamiento de La Laguna solicit\u00f3 la celebraci\u00f3n de un pleno extraordinario. Para el alcalde lagunero, Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz<\/strong>, alguno de los temas (por no decir todos) no eran motivo de tanta urgencia como para montar una sesi\u00f3n plenaria extraordinaria, pero como se solicit\u00f3 en tiempo y forma, el alcalde procedi\u00f3 a convocar el Pleno. Y como su agenda de compromisos, actos y viajes estaba a tope, no encontr\u00f3 (seg\u00fan dijo) mejor fecha que la del jueves a las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana. Una hora sin duda pu\u00f1etera para muchos y, sobre todo, para la potencial asistencia de vecinos. Aun as\u00ed, se dio cita un buen n\u00famero y algunos de ellos, haciendo uso legal del reglamento de participaci\u00f3n en el Pleno, tomaron la palabra como representantes vecinales. Esto hizo que el pleno se alargara insufriblemente hasta decir basta. Aunque hab\u00eda comenzado a las 8:00, cinco horas m\u00e1s tarde todav\u00eda el Pleno prosegu\u00eda.<\/p>\n
