{"id":2890,"date":"2016-06-19T10:59:09","date_gmt":"2016-06-19T09:59:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=2890"},"modified":"2016-06-19T10:19:02","modified_gmt":"2016-06-19T09:19:02","slug":"la-sentencia-da-la-razon-a-ciudadanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcotarro.com\/?p=2890","title":{"rendered":"LA SENTENCIA DA LA RAZ\u00d3N A CIUDADANOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esta misma semana, tras las diligencias oportunas y el preceptivo juicio, el titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia N\u00ba9 de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, la magistrada jueza Do\u00f1a <strong>Mar\u00eda de los Dolores Aguilar Zoilo<\/strong> ha emitido una documentada y razonada sentencia, que al final dice textualmente: <em>\u201cFallo que debo desestimar y desestimo \u00edntegramente la demanda formulada por el Procurador Don <strong>Jos\u00e9 Javier Bueno Mesa<\/strong> en nombre representaci\u00f3n de Don <strong>Nicol\u00e1s Hern\u00e1ndez Guerra<\/strong>, contra Ciudadanos Partido de la Ciudadan\u00eda, representado por la Procuradora Do\u00f1a<strong> Eulalia Raya<\/strong>, y siendo parte el Ministerio Fiscal; todo lo anterior lo es con condena en costas a la parte actora\u201d<\/em>. Es cierto que esta resoluci\u00f3n o fallo no es firme y que cabe interponer recurso de apelaci\u00f3n en el plazo de veinte d\u00edas. Pero por el solvente razonamiento de su se\u00f1or\u00eda y la claridad de su sentencia, parece que la expulsi\u00f3n de <strong>Nicol\u00e1s Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> de Ciudadanos se ajust\u00f3 a Derecho.
