Y siguiendo en plan gastron\u00f3mico, me quedo con dos noticias sabrosamente positivas como es la visita del gran cocinero Sergio Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, chef de Canal Cocina, profesor de la Escuela Masterchef y enamorado de Tenerife, con quien hace unas semanas compart\u00ed un buen rato en el Teide. Sergio Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> vino a la isla con parte de su familia a disfrutar de nuestro clima y paisajes, a la vez que a preparar su participaci\u00f3n en la pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n del certamen Secretos de la Isla Baja, que creo se desarrollar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo septiembre. Por su lado, la tambi\u00e9n gran chef Samantha Vallejo-N\u00e1gera<\/strong>, la popular \u201cSamantha<\/strong> de Espa\u00f1a\u201d, prepara una \u00fanica y exclusiva master-class que impartir\u00e1 en Santa Cruz de Tenerife el lunes, 24 de octubre. Se trata de un intensivo curso de un s\u00f3lo d\u00eda, que estar\u00e1 dedicado al importante mundo del c\u00e1tering (del que Samantha es una reconocida experta internacional) y, m\u00e1s concretamente, a la elaboraci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de platos.
