Comienzo El Cotarro<\/em><\/strong> de este domingo reconociendo, valorando y felicitando a la Asociaci\u00f3n Hotelera y Extrahotelera de Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera y El Hierro (Ashotel) con su presidente al frente, Jorge Alexis Marichal Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, as\u00ed como a la Asociaci\u00f3n de Cocineros y Reposteros de Canarias (ACYRE Canarias), con su presidente tambi\u00e9n al frente, el chef Pablo Pastor<\/strong> Pastor<\/strong>, por la organizaci\u00f3n y el \u00e9xito del I Congreso de Gastronom\u00eda Tur\u00edstica de Canarias (Culinaria 2016) que se ha celebrado esta pasada semana en el Centro de Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico de Costa Adeje (CDTCA) y donde, paralelamente, se ha desarrollado el III Certamen Nacional de Gastronom\u00eda, organizado por la Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones de Cocineros y Reposteros de Espa\u00f1a (FACYRE), que actualmente preside el chef Mario Sandoval<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
