Y debemos felicitar y felicitamos muy especialmente al chef <strong>Rub\u00e9n Cabrera<\/strong> (Jefe de Cocina del restaurante La C\u00fapula del Hotel Jardines de Nivaria) quien, ayudado por su subchef, <strong>Jes\u00fas G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, ha ganado el premio gordo al Mejor Cocinero 2016. El bueno de <strong>Rub\u00e9n Cabrera<\/strong> defendi\u00f3 su candidatura y gan\u00f3 el premio con dos platos cuyos ingredientes principales fueron el at\u00fan rojo y el cochino negro canario. De igual modo, el gallego afincado en Tenerife, <strong>Miguel Otero Prol, <\/strong>gan\u00f3 en Sala y el argentino tambi\u00e9n afincado en Tenerife,<strong> Federico Castro Larroude<\/strong>, gan\u00f3 en Cocteler\u00eda.
