Habiendo felicitado a la Organizaci\u00f3n y a los tres ganadores de Tenerife, quienes, como el resto de la selecci\u00f3n, ten\u00edan todos m\u00e9ritos de sobra para representar a nuestra isla y a Canarias, no ser\u00eda yo si no manifestara mi tristeza por un detalle que ha pasado desapercibido, pero que ha supuesto un desaire y un \u201cfeo\u201d innecesario para dos profesionales que, sin duda, tambi\u00e9n ten\u00edan m\u00e9ritos m\u00e1s que suficientes para ostentar la representaci\u00f3n de nuestra tierra en el III Certamen Nacional. Y me refiero al chef tinerfe\u00f1o, Eduardo Dom\u00ednguez De Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, ganador del 12\u00ba Campeonato Regional Absoluto de Cocineros de Canarias \u2013 Gran Premio Cabildo de Tenerife (celebrado el pasado mes de mayo dentro del III Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias \u2013 GastroCanarias 2016) as\u00ed como a la chef-pastelera, la tambi\u00e9n tinerfe\u00f1a, Ana Cristina Garc\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, quien por su lado gan\u00f3 el I Campeonato Regional Absoluto de Pasteler\u00eda de Canarias \u2013 Gran Premio Harinalia.<\/p>\n
