En la presentaci\u00f3n del III Sal\u00f3n y en presencia de Alberto Bernab\u00e9<\/strong> (consejero insular de Turismo del Cabildo de Tenerife), Narvay Quintero<\/strong> (consejero de Agricultura del Gobierno de Canarias) Jos\u00e9 Manuel Berm\u00fadez<\/strong> (alcalde de Santa Cruz de Tenerife) y Casimiro Curbelo<\/strong> (presidente del Cabildo de La Gomera) se anunci\u00f3 y dijo claramente que los campeones de los distintos concursos representar\u00edan a nuestras islas en el III Certamen Nacional. Pero posteriormente, por lo que se ve, alguien ha pensado (creo que equivocadamente) que dichos ganadores, en este caso el chef Eduardo Dom\u00ednguez De Le\u00f3n<\/strong> y la pastelera Ana Cristina Garc\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez,<\/strong> no ten\u00edan talla suficiente para ostentar dicha representaci\u00f3n. Craso error. Sobre todo, si de lo que se trata es de animar y potenciar la labor de los j\u00f3venes y, cu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s, si se han presentado a un exigente campeonato hecho aqu\u00ed y se han sometido a elaborar sus platos cara al p\u00fablico. Creo que se merecen un reconocimiento y, de alguna manera, un desagravio por el que se le reconozcan su gran cualificaci\u00f3n y sus tambi\u00e9n triunfos. Es de justicia.<\/p>\n
