Ya que estamos en plan gastron\u00f3mico, voy a continuar desvelando la identidad de seis importantes personalidades femeninas que mandan mucho y marcan tendencia en el \u00e1mbito de la cocina en Canarias. La mujer, con absoluto y total merecimiento, se ha incorporado al apasionante mundo de la Gastronom\u00eda y, en este caso, al periodismo y la cr\u00edtica gastron\u00f3mica. En Tenerife y Canarias estas se\u00f1oras no son muy dadas a darse a conocer p\u00fablicamente, pero la labor que est\u00e1n haciendo es fundamental, rigurosa y de lo m\u00e1s profesional. Gracias a un almuerzo celebrado en el marco de Culinaria 2016 y perfectamente organizado por la empresa Insular Canarias de Bebidas (Incabe) que dirige el incansable Ezequiel P\u00e9rez Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> y que representa y distribuye, entre otras, la famosa cerveza Heineken, pudimos compartir mesa y mantel con ellas y sacar la preciosa foto que en primicia exclusiva les ofrezco. Ellas son, de izquierda a derecha: Isabel P\u00e9rez<\/strong> (COPE Canarias), Cristina Hern\u00e1ndez <\/strong>(M\u00e1s que tendencias, The Concept y ACFI Press) Davinia S. Armas <\/strong>(Comunicaci\u00f3n de Incabe), Laura Docampo<\/strong> (Trade manager de Heineken) y Elena Barrios<\/strong> (Canarias Radio, la Auton\u00f3mica). Cinco exquisitos, exigentes y, como se puede apreciar, muy elegantes paladares.<\/p>\n
