Sin hab\u00e9rmelo propuesto previamente, me ha salido El Cotarro<\/em><\/strong> muy gastron\u00f3mico y, ya puestos, remato la faena con sabor. Termina Culinaria 2016 pero la actividad gastron\u00f3mica sigue sin parar de forma sabrosamente fren\u00e9tica y les puedo adelantar que, un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s \u00a1\u00a1y ya van doce!!, el gran chef segoviano, Juli\u00e1n Duque<\/strong>, Maestro Asador de Segovia, propietario y jefe de cocina del restaurante Juli\u00e1n Duque, vuelve de nuevo para protagonizar las XII Jornadas de la Cocina Segoviana en el restaurante \u201cEl Mirador\u201d de El Corte Ingl\u00e9s de Tres de Mayo, que dirige de maravilla Roberto Rivetti<\/strong>. En esta edici\u00f3n comenzar\u00e1n el viernes, 14 de octubre, y se prolongar\u00e1n hasta el s\u00e1bado, 22, conformando, como cada a\u00f1o, todo un homenaje a la cocina segoviana en general y a \u201csu majestad\u201d el cochinillo en particular. Como ya saben, Juli\u00e1n Duque<\/strong> y su encantadora esposa Fuencisla<\/strong>, deber\u00edan ser nombrados c\u00f3nsules de Segovia en Tenerife, o no s\u00e9 si de Tenerife en Segovia, aunque tanto monta que monta tanto. Como cada a\u00f1o les recomiendo reservar mesa con suficiente antelaci\u00f3n llamando a la diligente y gran profesional Silvia Mart\u00edn<\/strong> al tel\u00e9fono 630 016 031.
