La profesional Samantha Vallejo-N\u00e1gera<\/strong> se qued\u00f3 maravillada con nuestra cocina y, muy especialmente, con nuestras sabrosas y queridas papas negras, que, como dir\u00eda el otro gran chef y amigo, Ferran Adri\u00e0<\/strong>, \u201clas papas negras de Tenerife deber\u00edan ser para Canarias lo que el sushi es para el Jap\u00f3n\u201d.<\/em> Tan encantada se qued\u00f3 Samantha<\/strong>, que se ofreci\u00f3 voluntaria y decididamente para ser \u201cembajadora de la papa canaria\u201d y no solo en la pen\u00ednsula o en Europa, sino hasta en Nueva York, a donde, por cierto, ir\u00e1 dentro de unos d\u00edas a participar solidariamente en su famosa marat\u00f3n. Es m\u00e1s, nada m\u00e1s regresar a Madrid, Samantha Vallejo-N\u00e1gera<\/strong> y el jefe de cocina de su catering, Javier Lafuente<\/strong> se pusieron en contacto con Tenerife, para intentar que 30 kilos de papas negras de nuestra isla fueran enviados a Madrid de forma urgente, con el objetivo de convertirlas en protagonistas de un c\u00f3ctel muy especial que ellos iban a servir en el mism\u00edsimo ayuntamiento de la Villa y Corte, el pasado jueves.<\/p>\n
