Debo decir que, seg\u00fan me ha comentado el propio Amid Achi, \u201clo del cumplea\u00f1os fue una excusa para reunir a los principales directores insulares o regionales de los principales bancos en Canarias y sentarles a comer con un buen grupo de empresarios que hemos podido superar la crisis<\/em> y seguir vivos\u201d.<\/em> Y vive Dios que los principales \u201cgallos\u201d de la banca en Canarias estaban all\u00ed presentes. Lo cierto es que, con la influencia y el poder de convocatoria que tiene nuestro personaje, se podr\u00eda decir aquello de que Dios los cr\u00eda y Amid Ach\u00ed<\/strong> los une. Bien es verdad que, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, media clase pol\u00edtica tinerfe\u00f1a, con Fernando Clavijo<\/strong> y Carlos Alonso<\/strong> al frente (y ciento y la madre detr\u00e1s) no asistieron porque estaban en Londres con lo de la feria tur\u00edstica World Travel Market y la reuni\u00f3n fue m\u00e1s intensamente empresarial.
