Creo que no me equivoco si les digo que el restaurante Las Aguas cuenta con la mayor y mejor bodega especializada en vinos canarios de nuestro archipi\u00e9lago, dirigida diligentemente por la sumiller <strong>\u00c1ngela Moris<\/strong>. En verdad tiene m\u00e1s 130 vinos canarios diferentes, pero he puesto 22 porque puede presumir de ser, seguramente, el \u00fanico restaurante en Canarias que tiene para su clientela, al menos, un blanco y un tinto de todas y cada una de las 11 denominaciones de origen con las que cuenta nuestra regi\u00f3n. Paralelamente, tambi\u00e9n por iniciativa de <strong>Braulio<\/strong>, Las Aguas ofrece una de las mejores tablas de quesos canarios (por no decir la mejor), con magn\u00edficos ejemplares de distintos quesos provenientes de todas y cada una de nuestras \u00a1siete islas!. Sin duda, creo que la apuesta de <strong>Braulio Simancas<\/strong> por \u201clo nuestro\u201d tambi\u00e9n merece una estrella Michelin y, en este punto, hay que reconocer valorar y agradecer el total respaldo que <strong>Francisco Javier Zamorano<\/strong>, presidente de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de las Islas Occidentales (CIO), propietaria del hotel, sigue dando a <strong>Braulio Simancas<\/strong> y todo su equipo de Las Aguas, para que siga siendo el mejor restaurante de cocina creativa canaria de nuestro archipi\u00e9lago. Estoy seguro de que, m\u00e1s pronto que tarde, la estrella les llegar\u00e1.
