La obra del bueno de Fran Bel\u00edn<\/strong> presenta una serie de recetas canarias, mayoritariamente tradicionales, que el periodista ha ido recopilando tras hablar y entrevistar a cocineras y cocineros, historiadores, conocedores de la cocina canaria y algunas personas an\u00f3nimas, pero con mucha vida entre fogones.
