La obra del bueno de <strong>Fran Bel\u00edn<\/strong> presenta una serie de recetas canarias, mayoritariamente tradicionales, que el periodista ha ido recopilando tras hablar y entrevistar a cocineras y cocineros, historiadores, conocedores de la cocina canaria y algunas personas an\u00f3nimas, pero con mucha vida entre fogones. Entre los que han aportado sus conocimientos y experiencia en la cocina est\u00e1n, entre otros, los chefs <strong>Fabi\u00e1n Mora, David Moraga, Jes\u00fas Gonz\u00e1lez, Germ\u00e1n Blanco, Braulio Simancas, Dolores Garc\u00eda<\/strong> o <strong>Alicia Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>; as\u00ed como periodistas y\/o escritores como <strong>Yuri Millares, Alvarita Padr\u00f3n<\/strong> o <strong>Jos\u00e9 H.
