Cada uno de estos chefs trabajar\u00e1n sobre un determinado producto de Tenerife (quesos, gofio, pl\u00e1tano, cochino negro, pescado azul, miel, aguacates y papas antiguas) y sobre los mismos elaborar\u00e1n cada uno cuatro tapas.
