Simult\u00e1nea y paralelamente, los hermanos <strong>Juan Carlos<\/strong> y <strong>Jonathan Padr\u00f3n Le\u00f3n<\/strong> (restaurante <em>El Rinc\u00f3n de Juan Carlos en Los Gigantes<\/em> \u2013 Santiago del Teide, con una de las 5 estrellas Michelin con que cuenta nuestra isla) abrir\u00e1n el congreso <em>Saborea Espa\u00f1a<\/em>, presentando ma\u00f1ana, a las 16:15 horas, una importante ponencia sobre <em>\u201cLa cocina canaria de Tenerife y las Papas Antiguas\u201d.<\/em> Justo antes, dicho congreso ser\u00e1 inaugurado este a\u00f1o por <strong>Carlos Alonso<\/strong> junto con el presidente de Saborea Espa\u00f1a, el chef <strong>Pedro Larumbe<\/strong>, y el de la Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones de Cocineros y Reposteros de Espa\u00f1a (Facyre), el chef <strong>Mario Sandoval<\/strong>.
