El pasado jueves, en el Pleno del ayuntamiento lagunero, el concejal <strong>Javier Abreu<\/strong> (a\u00fan militante del PSOE que no acata la disciplina de su partido, que algunos califican de d\u00edscolo y que a todas luces va a su bola lagunera) pidi\u00f3 hablar y, preguntada por el alcalde, la actual portavoz oficial del PSOE, <strong>M\u00f3nica Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, dio elegantemente su visto bueno. <strong>Javier Abreu<\/strong> habl\u00f3 libremente y se despach\u00f3 a gusto. Tras sus palabras, <strong>M\u00f3nica Mart\u00edn<\/strong> se limit\u00f3 a dejar muy claro, pidiendo que constara en el acta, que \u201c<em>casi toda la intervenci\u00f3n del se\u00f1or Abreu no es del grupo municipal del PSOE\u201d<\/em>&#8230; Pero inteligente, educada, h\u00e1bil y elegantemente, le dej\u00f3 que se expresara.
