Este a\u00f1o, <strong>Tom\u00e1s Losada<\/strong> ha vuelto a dar la campanada lanzando lo que califican como \u201cel primer cava dise\u00f1ado y elaborado especialmente para maridar con la degustaci\u00f3n de mariscos en general y los cangrejos reales del \u00c1rtico, en particular. Esta primicia se llama <em>DeepSeaCava<\/em> y se presenta como \u201cla burbuja del mar\u201d. El \u00e9xito est\u00e1 en tres claves: 1.- La idea naci\u00f3 en Tenerife. 2.- Est\u00e1 elaborado con el 100% de uva blanca Chardonnay. 3.- Solo tiene 3,5 gramos de az\u00facar a\u00f1adido en la segunda fermentaci\u00f3n, que es lo m\u00ednimo que permite el reglamento de la denominaci\u00f3n de origen Cava, para que siga siendo un \u201cBrut Nature\u201d. Y dicen los expertos entendidos que cu\u00e1nto menos az\u00facares en el cava, mucho mejor para armonizar con el marisco. Obviamente, la empresa tinerfe\u00f1a de <strong>Tom\u00e1s Losada<\/strong> ha hecho realidad su \u201cinvento\u201d a trav\u00e9s de una bodega catalana adscrita a la mencionada D.O.
