All\u00ed pudieron apreciar lo \u00faltimo que est\u00e1 ofreciendo el propio <strong>Erlantz<\/strong> en el restaurante <em>MB Abama<\/em> (2 Estrellas Michelin), as\u00ed como el chef <strong>Daniel Franco <\/strong>en el <em>Kabuki Abama<\/em> (1 Estrella Michelin) y otros espacios gastron\u00f3micos del Abama como <em>Txoko, El Mirador<\/em>, etc. De igual modo y ya fuera del hotel, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Carlos<\/strong> y <strong>Julia<\/strong> fueron tambi\u00e9n a <em>El Rinc\u00f3n de Juan Carlos<\/em> (1 Estrella Michelin) y realizaron un impresionante reportaje sobre el arte de cocinar la morena, en el restaurante <em>El Templete<\/em> (en El M\u00e9dano) con el chef <strong>Javier D\u00e1rias<\/strong> y <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Barrera<\/strong> como co-propietario y Jefe de Sala (lo pueden ver en las \u201cgastronotas de Capel\u201d en El Pa\u00eds).
