Tambi\u00e9n Mario Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> es, desde el a\u00f1o 1990, el \u201calma p\u00e1ter\u201d de la gastron\u00f3mica \u201cCofrad\u00eda del Puchero Canario de las Siete Carnes\u201d<\/em> de Gran Canaria, de la que, en esos \u00faltimos 26 a\u00f1os ha sido y sigue siendo el \u201ccofrade invitador\u201d. El pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado la cofrad\u00eda celebrar\u00e1, nada m\u00e1s y nada menos, que el Cap\u00edtulo XXVII de su espectacular y sabroso puchero canario. Lo m\u00e1s granado de la gastronom\u00eda de nuestro archipi\u00e9lago (cocineros, periodistas gastron\u00f3micos, gourmets, proveedores, bodegueros, y alg\u00fan que otro invitado especial) se dar\u00e1n cita en emblem\u00e1tico hotel Santa Catalina de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, sede nuevamente este a\u00f1o del gastron\u00f3mico encuentro.<\/p>\n
