Me pareci\u00f3 perfecto que <strong>Pablo Pastor<\/strong>, fundador de la misma, fuera su primer presidente, pero que la directiva tuviera como vicepresidente un chef de Gran Canaria y, si fuera necesario, hasta seis vicepresidentes (uno por cada isla canaria), que el secretario fuera de Gran Canaria y el tesorero de Tenerife (por ejemplo).
