En el organigrama de la junta directiva de ACYRE Canarias (que se puede ver en su web oficial), de los quince miembros que aparecen y si no me equivoco, solo uno, el chef <strong>Germ\u00e1n Blanco<\/strong>, es de Lanzarote. Ahora tendremos en Tenerife a ACYRE Canarias, presidida por el bueno de <strong>Pablo Pastor<\/strong>, y en la isla hermana a ACYRE Gran Canaria, presidida por el inquieto <strong>Thomas Leeb<\/strong>. Me temo que la hoy ACYRE Canarias se quedar\u00e1 \u201cde facto\u201d como ACYRE Tenerife. De nuevo, otra vez m\u00e1s, dos asociaciones de \u00e1mbito provincial. De cara al Gobierno de Canarias, a la misma FACYRE y en muchos estamentos y foros importantes, de nuevo los canarios estaremos provincialmente separados y provincianamente divididos. Y ya se sabe que, cuando en gastronom\u00eda los sabores se dispersan\u2026 Pero los chefs de Canarias, en este caso y nunca mejor dicho, con la cuchara que han cogido, con esa comer\u00e1n.
