A finales del pasado 2016, se retiraron las acusaciones contra <strong>Jos\u00e9 Eugenio de Z\u00e1rate<\/strong> y <strong>Antonio Mess\u00eda<\/strong> y, al no pesar ya ninguna acusaci\u00f3n pendiente, el magistrado que presid\u00eda el tribunal, <strong>Joaqu\u00edn Astor Landete<\/strong>, les permiti\u00f3 abandonar la sala junto a sus abogados, a la espera de que en la redacci\u00f3n de la sentencia queden absueltos. Por todo esto, hace pocos d\u00edas, se celebr\u00f3 un almuerzo en el Real Casino de Tenerife organizado por un grupo de amigos de <strong>Jos\u00e9 Eugenio De Z\u00e1rate<\/strong>, en el que tambi\u00e9n estuvo <strong>Antonio Mess\u00eda<\/strong>. El motivo del almuerzo no fue otro que el de celebrar la mencionada retirada de esos cargos. Se reunieron unas 60 personas entre compa\u00f1eros de colegio, de la Universidad de La Laguna, del Ayuntamiento de Santa Cruz de Tenerife y del Real Club N\u00e1utico de Tenerife, as\u00ed como de otras procedencias.
