En <strong><em>El Cotarro<\/em><\/strong> del pasado domingo inform\u00e9 del nacimiento de la nueva Asociaci\u00f3n de Cocineros y Reposteros de Gran Canaria -ACYRE Gran Canaria- que ha co-fundado el reconocido chef <strong>Thomas Leeb<\/strong>, quien se ha convertido en su primer presidente. Pues bien. Parece que a m\u00e1s de un profesional de la Gastronom\u00eda (m\u00e1s concretamente de la Cocina) en la isla de Tenerife, estas manifestaciones, reflexiones y comentarios m\u00edos les han sentado muy malamente y, por utilizar un t\u00e9rmino culinario, digamos que se les\u2026 han indigestado.
