Tanto el Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico, como el Campeonato Absoluto de Cocineros de Canarias (y los restantes campeonatos que se desarrollan dentro del Sal\u00f3n) nacieron en Tenerife y tienen sede estable en nuestra isla, pero vocaci\u00f3n regional y, desde hace a\u00f1os, reconocimiento y prestigio nacional.
