Hoy faltan exactamente 30 d\u00edas para la apertura del 4\u00ba Sal\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mico de Canarias \u2013 GastroCanarias 2017. Puedo adelantarles en primicia que la organizaci\u00f3n del Sal\u00f3n se ha visto desbordada por la demanda de stands por parte de empresas canarias, nacionales e incluso internacionales.
