Hay que volar de Tenerife a Madrid, luego a Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, de all\u00ed a Guadalajara y por fin a Colima con un pu\u00f1ado de kil\u00f3metros por carretera. El alcalde lagunero perdi\u00f3 unos de los vuelos y a punto estuvo de no llegar. Todo un calvario que se olvid\u00f3 al o\u00edr en el acto al mariachi Vargas, uno de los mejores de M\u00e9xico, que actu\u00f3 en una plaza llena a rebosar con miles de personas que saludaron al pueblo lagunero. No me lo han asegurado, pero creo que <strong>Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz<\/strong> lleg\u00f3 a cantar \u201cEl Rey\u201d poniendo como letra <em>\u201cno tengo la mayor\u00eda, la oposici\u00f3n me castiga, pero sigo siendo el rey\u201d.<\/em>.. Lo que s\u00ed s\u00e9 es que al final de la fiesta trab\u00f3 la lengua de tal manera con su colega de Colima, el regidor <strong>H\u00e9ctor Ins\u00faa<\/strong>, que tuvo que llegar la esposa de \u00e9ste para decirles que los invitados ya se quer\u00edan ir a dormir y que dejaran el palique otro d\u00eda. Y precisamente, el siguiente d\u00eda., <strong>Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz <\/strong>habl\u00f3 (y gust\u00f3, me dicen) sobre el pasado presente y futuro de La Laguna y termin\u00f3 en un concierto de <strong>Armando Manzanero<\/strong>&#8230; Y es que la vida comienza y termina en un bolero.
