El chef ejecutivo del Hotel Bah\u00eda del Duque, <strong>Juan Miguel Cabrera<\/strong> y <strong>Braulio Simancas<\/strong>, chef del Restaurante Las Aguas, celebraron una \u201cmaster class\u201d con los alumnos del aula de Formaci\u00f3n en Cocina de A\u00f1aza (FOCA), que forma parte del proyecto \u201cA\u00f1aza por sus j\u00f3venes\u201d de la parroquia local, para facilitar a los estudiantes el acceso al mercado laboral a trav\u00e9s de la hosteler\u00eda. La jornada se celebr\u00f3 con el t\u00edtulo <em>SaboreA\u00f1aza<\/em> y fue impulsada por el \u00e1rea de Responsabilidad Corporativa de Compa\u00f1\u00eda de las Islas Occidentales (CIO) y la Parroquia, y concluy\u00f3 con la elaboraci\u00f3n de un sabroso men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n para presentar el trabajo de los estudiantes. <strong>Pepe Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, p\u00e1rroco de A\u00f1aza, valor\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n con mucho agradecimiento, y dijo que <em>\u201cse abre una puerta m\u00e1s a los j\u00f3venes del barrio, dignificando el trabajo que ellos hacen desde el lugar en el que viven y demostrando que, por encima de cualquier estereotipo o prejuicio, hay gente muy buena y v\u00e1lida en todas partes.
