Creo que el presidente Carlos Alonso<\/strong> tiene cada vez m\u00e1s claro qui\u00e9n es qui\u00e9n en el sector tinerfe\u00f1o y canario de la gastronom\u00eda y, por ello, \u00e9l mismo, as\u00ed como, entre otros, sus consejeros Efra\u00edn Medina<\/strong> (Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico), Jes\u00fas Morales<\/strong> (Agricultura) y Alberto Bernab\u00e9<\/strong> (Turismo) cambiaron sus apretadas agendas para estar presentes en muchas de las actividades del Sal\u00f3n. Carlos Alonso<\/strong> hasta dej\u00f3 de comer m\u00e1s de un d\u00eda para mover reuniones anteriormente previstas, pero a la vista de la foto que les pongo en exclusiva, recuper\u00f3 de largo las prote\u00ednas mientras el jurado del 6\u00ba Campeonato Regional de Corte de Jam\u00f3n de Canarias – Gran Premio Montesano deliberaba su fallo. Un \u201cdesmayadito\u201d Carlos Alonso<\/strong> se \u201cmand\u00f3\u201d \u00e9l solito (y \u201ca secas\u201d) un tremendo plato de jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico de Montesano que, a juzgar por la carita del presidente, le sent\u00f3 de maravilla.<\/p>\n
