De igual modo, hay que felicitar a su responsable, el concejal de Seguridad Ciudadana, <strong>Jonathan Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>, porque la aplicaci\u00f3n para m\u00f3viles (APP), que sirve para gestionar el aparcamiento en ellas, de forma inteligente \u201conline\u201d, muy sencilla y pr\u00e1ctica, est\u00e1 funcionando muy bien. Hay que decir, no obstante, que quien no est\u00e9 muy ducho en esto de la era digital y los smartphones, puede utilizar unos relojes de cartulina que el mismo ayuntamiento lagunero, a trav\u00e9s de la Polic\u00eda Local que comanda <strong>Mar\u00eda Elena Delgado<\/strong>, est\u00e1 repartiendo gratuitamente. El alcalde <strong>Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz<\/strong> quiere modernizar todo el ayuntamiento y no se puede negar que este sistema promovido por \u00e9l mismo y por Jonathan Dom\u00ednguez, es todo un avance.
