Justo en aquella zona est\u00e1 la acreditada Bodega \u201cLa Hijuela\u201d fruto de un precioso proyecto familiar del empresario bodeguero Jes\u00fas Ram\u00edrez Rosado<\/strong> y su esposa Carmen Gonz\u00e1lez Segovia<\/strong>. En sus vi\u00f1edos, desde los que se ve la casa del pirata Amaro Pargo<\/strong>, se elabora el galardonado H\u00edboro<\/em>, que, creemos, es el \u00fanico vino tinto monovarietal de uva Syrah, que actualmente se elabora en Canarias con agricultura ecol\u00f3gica y que, en una pr\u00f3xima cosecha, adem\u00e1s, va a contar ya con el sello del Consejo Regulador de Agricultura Ecol\u00f3gica (CRAE). El alcalde Escol\u00e1stico Gil<\/strong> y el bodeguero y restaurador Jes\u00fas Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> est\u00e1n en inteligente y perfecta sinton\u00eda, con la idea de que los vi\u00f1edos y la propia bodega La Hijuela sean visitables y convertir a Machado y El Rosario en destino de turismo enogastron\u00f3mico en \u201ctierra de corsarios\u201d (como dice el alcalde), potenciando los establecimientos de restauraci\u00f3n cercanos al Camino de la Virgen.<\/p>\n
