Desde los comienzos de aquel Plan, Tenerife entr\u00f3 en el \u201ccircuito\u201d gastron\u00f3mico nacional y en el \u201cc\u00edrculo\u201d de los mejores chefs, que ven\u00edan a nuestra isla para dar charlas y cursos. Fuimos a Madridfusi\u00f3n a los dos a\u00f1os de la creaci\u00f3n del prestigioso congreso internacional liderado por el periodista Jos\u00e9 Carlos Capel<\/strong>. Y antes, un jovenc\u00edsimo Ferran Adri\u00e0<\/strong> vino a hacer pr\u00e1cticas en el ya desaparecido restaurante \u201cCosta Brava\u201d, que comandaba el chef Ferm\u00edn Puig<\/strong> en Playa de Las Am\u00e9ricas. De aquella \u201csiembra\u201d, repito, viene la \u201ccosecha\u201d de 5 Estrellas Michelin que ya tenemos (espero que en noviembre nos llegue la sexta con la primera para Braulio Simancas<\/strong>) y la feliz realidad que hoy tenemos con \u201cSaborea Tenerife\u201d.<\/p>\n
