El broche de oro del Foro tendr\u00e1 lugar el martes por la tarde, con la celebraci\u00f3n del Concurso Nacional de Tortillas de Papas\/Patatas, en el que competir\u00e1n estos cinco finalistas: El actual campe\u00f3n, Alberto Garc\u00eda Ponte<\/strong>, del Mes\u00f3n O\u2019Pote en Betanzos (La Coru\u00f1a); Juana Irene Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez Calonge<\/strong>, del Asador Tahit\u00ed en Logro\u00f1o (La Rioja); Pedro Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez Castillo<\/strong>, del restaurante El Duende del Fuego, en Los Llanos de Aridane (La Palma); Carmen Carro Sandoval<\/strong>, de la Taberna Pedraza (Madrid) y Roberto Couto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, del restaurante Tiziano del Hotel Villa Cort\u00e9s, en Playa de Las Am\u00e9ricas – Arona (Tenerife). El presidente del jurado ser\u00e1 Quique Dacosta<\/strong> y el ganador recibir\u00e1 en su restaurante, como regalo del Gobierno de Canarias y del Cabildo de Tenerife, su peso en Papas Antiguas Canarias de Tenerife.
