Aparte del \u201cMaido\u201d, el gran \u201cMicha\u201d\u2008Tsumura<\/strong> ha abierto tambi\u00e9n un restaurante en Chile, en breve abrir\u00e1 otros cuatro m\u00e1s \u201ccasuales\u201d en Lima y planea hacer realidad un gran proyecto gastron\u00f3mico en la especial regi\u00f3n china de Macao. Durante su estancia en Tenerife y en animadas y distendidas conversaciones, tanto el presidente del Cabildo Carlos Alonso<\/strong>, y el consejero insular de Agricultura, Jes\u00fas Morales<\/strong>, como el de Turismo, Alberto Bernab\u00e9<\/strong> y yo mismo, hicimos ver a Mitsuharu Tsumura<\/strong> la apasionante realidad de Tenerife y Canarias como \u201cpuente tricontinental\u201d de, entre otros aspectos, la cultura gastron\u00f3mica (productos, recetas, sabores…) y le animamos a que se pensara la posibilidad de abrir un restaurante en nuestra isla. Les puedo contar que, cuando baj\u00e1bamos desde Icod El Alto, tras haber \u201ccosechado\u201d el propio chef unas papas antiguas de Tenerife en los alrededores del Barranco de Ruiz, \u201cMicha\u201d\u2008Tsumura<\/strong> nos coment\u00f3 que le encantar\u00eda montar un restaurante en nuestra isla. \u00a1Ojal\u00e1 se haga realidad!<\/p>\n
